Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to 12.00 before the day of arrival will be liable for the cost of the first nights stay and charged against the card supplied to secure the booking. Multiple night bookings will be charged for with any extra nights that fall within the 48 hour cancellation period charged at full rate.
No-show bookings will be charged for the the full nights stay. For multiple night bookings, we will endeavour to contact the guest and keep the room availabe until contact has been made. The nights that have not been cancelled and fall outside of the cancellation policy will be charged for.
The prices displayed on the website are a total for your requested stay. Any meals, service or VAT (at the current rate) are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified.
The VAT breakdown shown is indicative based on the current rate of VAT, and the expected VAT treatment of the goods or services, and may change depending on the actual tax point of the invoice, and the VAT treatment of the goods and services purchased at that date.
Price lists for additional items, such as Restaurant meals and Room Service, are on display at relevant locations within the Hotel and are available on request.
Guests may book in advance or on arrival subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. Although payment is generally required on departure, there maybe occasions when the guests are required to prepay in full or provide a deposit at the time of booking, or on arrival at the hotel.
You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the Booking to secure your reservation. Where a deposit or full payment is required in advance; by Booking you are authorising the debiting of the card provided.
We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa Debit Cards: Visa / Delta and Visa / Electron. The Guest must pay all outstanding charges on departure from the Hotel. The hotel reserves the right to make a 2.5% surcharge on American Express payments
Where a deposit is taken to secure a booking for special events such as the Christmas market, weddings and other heavily demanded periods all deposits are non refundable.
In the event of any damage caused at the hotel by a guest the Company reserves the right to charge for repair, cleaning and loss of earnings as a result of a room being unfit for use whilst repairs are undertaken.
The Hotel is no-smoking througout all area. Any guests smoking in Bedrooms will be charged for an additional nights stay as the room cannot be let to another guest in that time. Any additional costs for dry cleaning or damage may be charged.
