Paul has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, and was a shareholder and director of the Manchester based marketing company, MediaVest Manchester Ltd.
Lincoln born Saera has a background in advertising sales, having worked for several major broadcasters and publishers, including Emap Radio and News International.
Mark Cheseldine joined The Castle Hotel in November 2010, having previously worked as Head Chef at one of Lincolnshire’s most prestigious bistros, Café Bleu. Mark began his culinary career 20 years ago at the Wig & Mitre in Lincoln, learning his trade under the tutelage of Paul Vidic. Starting as a pot washer, Mark worked his way through the kitchen, before becoming joint Head Chef.
