The Reform restaurant features contemporary European cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Dishes all include fresh, seasonal ingredients, with local produce used wherever possible.

Mark has created an a la carte menu, a set lunch menu and a Sunday lunch menu, which are served in Reform. A bar menu created by Mark is also available, and is served in the lounge bar.
